SAP Calculations - Bespoke Service

For projects based in South West England, the bespoke service has proved particularly useful. Please contact for further information.

On Construction EPCs (OCEPCs)

OCEPCs, for new builds, can only be calculated by a fully accredited SAP Assessor. Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP)

An EPC which is less than 24 months old is now required for all RHI applications.

The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive scheme (RHI) launched on 9th April 2014. The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (Domestic RHI) is a government financial incentive to promote the use of renewable heat. Switching to heating systems that use naturally replenished energy can help the UK reduce its carbon emissions. People who join the scheme and stick to its rules, receive quarterly payments for seven years for the amount of clean, green renewable heat their system produces. The scheme is fully explained in the ofgem website here

The Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) was a one-off grant designed to help towards meeting the costs of installing renewable technologies in your home until the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) was introduced for domestic customers.

Legionella Risk Assessments

Landlords are under a legal duty of care to ensure that the risk of exposure to legionella for tenants, residents and visitors to their properties is adequately assessed and control. There are a number of statutes that cover this. Fees are dependant on the size of property and complexity of the water system

VAT is not currently applicable to the above fees.
